Guest access-Guests have access to one entire floor and NOT to the entire house. But they have their 100% private entrance. There are 2 apartments dedicated for Airbnb only, there are no permanent tenants in any of the apartments.
Additional notesThe house is equipped with an ADT security system. Refusal to vacate the premises after checkout will result in us activating the alarm if the alarm is set off. The Local police department will be dispatched and arrest anyone still on the property for trespassing.
